Your title for that pic totally made the post. I actually laughed out loud. What was he cooking for?

I was "executive chef" for the church's ladies night dinner. It was chicken french, asparagas dijon and garlic roasted red potatoes for 60. And cheesecake with a raspberry dessert sauce.

Yummy, and fun even though it was a 14 or so hour day with only two cooks!
